Nice spot at the end of Ōhope spit on the harbour side. One night self-contained only stay, can be quite busy especially if you get a few big campers in there. Terrains a bit unlevel so some spots better than others. Quiet at night, can be a bit windy, cellphone service reasonable. It’s a good camping spot although not the best part of the park however FC restrictions indicate you must stay here only. Nearby toilets. Security check in at dusk and record everyone’s rego.
